Hi Mortal angel –
How’re you doing? Have you had any accomplishments you’d like to share so we can pat you on the back? (And you can help write this post?:))
Have had quite an eventful few weeks and God has been bringing a lot of good out of it all.
The problem is, I must’ve pushed myself a bit too hard and after the adrenaline rush of the last month or so abated my body just kinda said enough is enough.
I haven’t been able to sit down and shut up like I think God could be ‘suggesting’ I do, but have been able to slow down a bit so I’m slowly gaining the energy back and the other stuff seems to be healing well.
So, in lieu of keeping on poking away at a post that is not coming together well, I’d like to present this quote by Watchman Nee from “Sit, Walk, Stand” mainly because, I need to learn this! Hopefully it’ll inspire you too, if you need it:
“Today we do not fight FOR victory,
we fight FROM victory.
We do not fight in order to win but because in Christ we have already won.
Overcomers are those who rest in the victory already given to them
by their God.”
