Are you a waver? š
Do you wave (or nod) at people (you may or may not know) when you pass them on the sidewalk, parking lot, or back road? I grew up in the country where not to wave at everyone made you a big ole snob, and now Iāve talked with friends who say they never wave, especially if they donāt know the person because it may be perceived the wrong way.
Itās a crap shoot whether I do anymore – more often than not Iām thinking or praying (A.K.A. obsessing!) about something and donāt notice if I know who the other is. Iāve been taken to task for that several times by friends/acquaintances whoāve been offended with the ānonresponseā!
So, do you acknowledge others when out in the world? And if you do, do you still even if you donāt know the person?
And while I seem to need neon lights, billboards, and flares in order to notice much outside of my own mind sometimes, todayās tune is about being attuned to the subtle āwave in the airā of āRadar Loveā. This classic song is by Golden Earring and itās about E.S.P. between two people who love each other. Here’s a pretty awesome version of the song done live with Barry Hay (from Golden Earring) with a Belgium orchestra. Enjoy!
